LEGO® Product of the Week - Marshmallow Pops

LEGO Head Marshmallow Pops

 

The LEGO® product of the week is DIY LEGO head marshmallow pops.  If you love marshmallows and LEGOS this one is for you.

Here is what you will need:

Large and small marshmallows
Yellow Candy melts from your local craft or baking store
Lollipop sticks from your local craft or baking store
Chocolate candy melts from your local craft or baking store
Plastic Bag with a small slit cut in the corner or icing decorator bag with small tip
Foam Round to place pop in until it hardens

Here is what you do:

Melt yellow candy melts according to package instructions.  Place large marshmallow through stick.  Cut off the bottom of a small marshmallow.  The small marshmallow will be sticky.  Stick small marshmallow on top of large marshmallow.  Dip into melted candy melts.  Tap the edge of the lollipop stick until excess candy melt falls off.  Put into foam round until candy hardens.  After Candy has hardened, melt chocolate candy melts according to package instructions.  Place in plastic bag or decorator bag.  Create a minifigure face with the chocolate candy melts.  It is helpful to have minifigure heads to reference.

Lastly, eat and enjoy!  If you would like to wrap them as gifts, consider purchasing small treat bags from your local craft store and tie a ribbon around the bottom to close.
