This post has nothing to do with the weather. It has everything to do with the dolphin, Winter, that has encouraged so many people. I loved the movie Dolphin Tale and how people were encouraged by this dolphin. I think about how our actions encourage or discourage others. I pray that God will use us all to encourage others today.
