Andrew Clark (a.k.a. AndrewClark2) in February 2017 posted a creation like this and submitted to LEGO®️ IDEAS. LEGO Designer Ricardo Silva and Graphic Designer Crystal Marie Fontan helped made the set what it is today! Here is the official description below.
